We suggest washing at 40C, and even better still, perhaps consider washing at 30C if your bedding isn’t too dirty and use up to 38% less energy. Avoid the quick wash cycle on your machine, though, as this won’t give the detergent enough time to work well.

Need your products in a hurry? Choose Express Delivery at checkout (£7.95) for our next day service (order before 3pm weekdays).

Christmas Delivery

To ensure your delivery arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by midnight, 18th December if selecting standard delivery, and by 11am, 22nd December if selecting next day delivery.

Delivery by 24th December does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Dip & Doze, including, for example, interruptions to the services provided by our carriers.

Returns are completely free too! You can return any items to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Extended Christmas Returns

Returns for purchases made between 1st November and 24th December will be accepted until 31st January 2026. All we ask is that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
