How can I pay for my order?
We're delighted to have partnered with leading payment provider Klarna; eligible customers can purchase today and pay 30 days later with no additional fees. We also accept payment via all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Are returns free?
Yes, simply follow the instructions on our returns page to print your free Royal Mail returns label.
Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?
We pack and dispatch orders very quickly, so if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 15 minutes of it being placed. We’re unfortunately unable to amend orders once they have been placed, but please contact us to cancel the order and then place a new order online.
Where do you deliver?
At present, we’re only able to ship orders to the UK. For more information about our delivery costs and timescales, please visit our delivery information page.
Are your products organic?
Yes, all our products are certified to GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), the highest standard in organic cotton accreditation. From the cotton field to the bedroom, all our products are made from 100% certified organic cotton, free from artificial pesticides and fertilizers - meaning our products are safe for you, our cotton farmers and the planet too.
Are your products Fairtrade?
All our products are made from 100% Fairtrade Certified cotton. Ethically made and sustainably sourced, our products our designed around you, but never at the cost of those involved in growing and making them.
Can I try the items before I return them?
Yes! Our 30 night trial allows you to try and wash the items for several weeks before you return them. Some terms do apply; click here for more information.
Can I buy Dip & Doze products in any shops?
Our products are only available to purchase online through the Dip & Doze website. Remember, you can trial our items for 30 nights and then return for a full refund, so there’s really no risk to ordering online.
