3) Where are your products made?
From day one, we committed to partnering with artisans and small-scale farmers valued for their expertise and shared goals of a more sustainable and fair industry. When deciding where to manufacture, as well as considering each partners individual skills and strengths, we look at the proximity to the source of the raw material to reduce our carbon footprint. 4) Are all your products ethically made?
Yes, this is a non-negotiable for us. Ethically made and sustainably sourced, our products are designed around you, but never at the cost of those involved in growing or making them.
5) What's the thread count of your bedding?
Our core 'soft & smooth' and 'cool & crisp' cotton fabrics have a 300 per square inch weave, made exclusively using single ply, long staple yarns. This results in bedding that is breathable, durable and soft. In short, thread count can be a very misleading indicator of quality and durability. We’re trying to make things simpler, which is why we don’t talk about this in our product descriptions. We'd love you to read more about this here
6) Where do you deliver?
At present, we’re only able to deliver orders to the UK; we offer both a standard and next working day delivery option for UK deliveries and we're hoping to add international shipping very soon. For more information about our delivery costs and timescales, please visit our delivery information page
7) Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We aim to be as eco-friendly as possible, so we use re-usable drawstring bags made using the offcuts from production to avoid any waste (use them over and over again, at home or on the move), compostable bags to keep your products clean and dry and recycled cardboard boxes.
8) How can I pay for my order?
Eligible customers can purchase today and pay 30 days later with no additional fees via our Klarna pay later option. We also accept payment via all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
9) Are returns free?
Yes, sending your order back to Dip & Doze is completely free and you don't need to contact us first before you do this. To return your order, simply follow the instructions on our returns page which provides a link to print your free Royal Mail returns label.
10) Can I change or cancel an order once it's been placed?
We pack and dispatch orders very quickly, so if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 15 minutes of it being placed. We’re unfortunately unable to amend orders once they have been placed, but please contact us to cancel the order and then place a new order online.
11) Can I try my bedding before I return it?
Yes! Choosing the right bedding is so important for those all important deep zzz’s. Our 30 night sleep trial allows you to sleep in it and wash it, and return it if you need to. Some terms do apply, click here for more information
