2) Do I need to wash my bed linen before using it?
Completely natural cotton will shrink slightly the first few times it is washed (we don’t use sizing chemicals to pre-shrink our products), so our bed linen is designed to allow for this. You’ll find our products will fit perfectly after the first wash or two while getting softer and softer over time.
3) Are all your products 100% Organic?
Yes, all of our products are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified, which is the highest standard in Organic cotton accreditation. From the cotton field to the bedroom, our products are free from artificial pesticides, fertilizers and harmful chemicals.
4) What are the benefits of Organic cotton?
Choosing Organic not only means that your skin isn't absorbing any nasty chemical residue that gets trapped in threads, but also in the knowledge that you’re not harming the planet, our farmers or their communities.
5) Where are your products made?
After searching the globe we found what we were looking for in India, recognised for specialising in exceptional quality Organic cotton. Our special group of skilled farmers, weavers and factory workers have mastered their techniques and receive a fair living wage, in environments that are safe and free from child labour.
6) Are all your products Fairtrade certified?
Yes, all of our products are made from 100% Organic and Fairtrade Certified cotton. Ethically made and sustainably sourced, our products are designed around you, but never at the cost of those involved in growing and making them.
7) What's the thread count of your bedding?
Our core 'soft & smooth' and 'cool & crisp' fabrics are a beautiful 300 thread count, made using single ply, long staple yarns in order to create the best bedding that is breathable, durable and soft. In short, thread count has very little to do with the quality of bedding, which is why we don’t talk about this in our product descriptions. We'd love you to read more about this here
8) Where do you deliver?
At present, we’re only able to deliver orders to the UK; we offer both a standard and next working day delivery option for UK deliveries and we're hoping to add international shipping very soon. For more information about our delivery costs and timescales, please visit our delivery information page
9) Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We aim to be as eco-friendly as possible, so we use re-usable drawstring bags made using the offcuts from production to avoid any waste (use them over and over again, at home or on the move), recycled plastic and recycled cardboard boxes.
10) How can I pay for my order?
We're delighted to have partnered with leading payment provider Klarna; eligible customers can purchase today and pay 30 days later with no additional fees. We also accept payment via all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
11) Are returns free?
Yes, sending your order back to Dip & Doze is completely free and you don't need to go through the rigmarole of contacting us first before you do this. To return your order, simply follow the instructions on our returns page which provides a link to print your free Royal Mail returns label.
12) Can I change or cancel an order once it's been placed?
We pack and dispatch orders very quickly, so if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 15 minutes of it being placed. We’re unfortunately unable to amend orders once they have been placed, but please contact us to cancel the order and then place a new order online.
13) Can I try my bedding and towels before I return them?
Yes! We're so confident that you'll love the quality of our organic and Fairtrade bedding and towels that our 30 night trial allows you to try and wash any of your items for several weeks before you return them. Some terms do apply; click here for more information
14) Can I buy Dip & Doze products in any shops?
We sell our products directly to you, exclusively online through the Dip & Doze website, so we can avoid the middleman mark ups. This means that the only place to purchase Dip & Doze products is on the official Dip & Doze website. Don't forget, all our items come with a 30 night trial and free returns.
15) Do you offer trade options?
As a retail brand, we took the decision to exclusively sell direct to our customers. Ensuring we offer the best possible service and genuinely honest prices for our customers whilst paying everyone in the supply chain fairly are matters close to our heart. As we already offer the fairest prices for the highest quality, sustainably sourced and ethically produced cotton, we’re unable to offer trade discounts.
